  • Develops original concepts that reflect the brand's identity and meet project goals.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
  • Leads design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Works closely with other designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintains and develop the visual identity of the brand, ensuring all designs are aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Presents design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback.

  • Contributes to the development of the overall creative strategy of the organization.

  • Work with clients to establish their aims and objectives.
  • Analyse competition, existing data, market research reports, and objectives for each client.
  • Prepare proposals and campaign architecture.
  • Plan and direct digital communication campaigns.
  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manages overall project scope and ensures staffing assumptions adhere to budget.
  • Brief internal teams and ensure they understand the client’s product portfolio & creative and media are effectively integrated.
  •  Optimize content for the website and social media platforms.
  •  Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
  • Implement and analyze performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, cutting-edge communication techniques, tools & digital resources.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Tech savvy and passionate with digital trends.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal & writing skills both in Greek and English.
  • Exceptional team player.
  • Certification in digital marketing is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work simultaneously in a variety of different industries.
