The Digital Director leads and owns the agency’s digital function. • Define and champion best practices, frameworks, and quality standards across all digital disciplines

2. Digital Communication Strategy

You are the agency’s lead digital expert. You develop the strategic direction for clients’ digital communications and ensure the thinking behind every digital programme is sharp, insight-led, and aligned to business objectives.

• Develop digital communication strategies for clients across social media, content, digital media, and integrated campaigns
• Advise clients on digital opportunities including performance, automation, and emerging technologies

• Own the quality, consistency, and impact of all digital campaigns produced for clients

• Monitor campaign performance and drive strategic improvements to maximise results

4. Agency Growth & Innovation

You are responsible for keeping the agency’s digital offering competitive, relevant, and future-focused.

• 7+ years of experience in digital communications, digital marketing, or digital strategy

• 8+ years in account management, client services, or a related communications leadership or agency role
