Challenge

How do you bring a museum to life in the digital age? The Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation approached us with a bold initiative: introduce "Tefkros," the first AI-powered interactive museum guide in Cyprus. A robot with personality, presence and purpose. The challenge was to communicate the innovation behind Tefkros while preserving the cultural depth and sophistication of the Foundation’s identity. We had to strike the perfect balance between heritage and high tech, between storytelling and science.

Idea

We envisioned Tefkros as more than a machine. He would be a cultural ambassador, an engaging storyteller blending past and future. Our concept centered around humanizing technology. Tefkros was introduced not just as a robot but as a bridge between generations, languages and experiences. From the initial teaser to the final reveal, the creative direction embraced curiosity and wonder, combining two concept routes presented by our team into one winning narrative. Visually and tonally we crafted a campaign that was modern, elegant and slightly playful, just like Tefkros himself.

Results

Tefkros officially launched at the Numismatic Museum with a press event hosted by the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation revealing our creative work to the public for the first time. The campaign generated immediate interest and engagement both online and offline. With upcoming content scheduled for rollout and growing buzz around the innovation, Tefkros is already sparking excitement and curiosity, paving the way for even bigger cultural tech projects in the future. And for us it was a project that proved once again: when creativity meets technology, culture wins.
