As digital convenience becomes the norm, Eurolife identified a key opportunity to enhance the experience of its existing client portal, MyEurolife Portal, by bringing it directly to users’ mobile devices. While the portal already provided clients with a comprehensive overview of their insurance policies and services, the challenge was to translate this functionality into a seamless, user-friendly app. This meant not only replicating the features of the web version, but also rethinking user accessibility, convenience, and engagement for mobile-first users. The aim was to meet evolving digital expectations while reinforcing Eurolife’s position as a modern, tech-forward insurance provider.

Idea

We built the campaign around a simple yet powerful truth: while managing insurance might often feel like a task we put off, the MyEurolife App makes it as easy as saying you’ll do it, literally. Inspired by the familiar phrase “easier said than done,” we flipped the script to highlight how Eurolife turns intentions into actions with just a tap. Our core message? With the MyEurolife App, the moment you think "I need to..." you've already done it. The visual and verbal identity was crafted to reflect simplicity, immediacy and empowerment, positioning the app as a modern extension of Eurolife’s ongoing promise: to always be by your side, now more accessible than ever.

Results

“Easy to say, easy to do” became more than just a line, it became a mindset that shaped the way people saw insurance with Eurolife. Rolled out across digital and radio channels, the campaign brought MyEurolife App to life with a clear, engaging message: now, managing your insurance is simpler than ever. Through targeted social media, local portals, Google download campaigns and branded content, we reached thousands of users with a consistent, motivating call to action: take control of your insurance, anytime, anywhere. The concept resonated with a broad audience, driving awareness and interest even before the app’s full launch. With this fresh step into mobile convenience, Eurolife not only upgraded its services, it elevated its relationship with clients.
