The successful candidate will lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while aligning customer-centric strategies with business objectives. This role focuses on analysing customer feedback, optimizing touchpoints, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary advisor and main point of contact for clients, ensuring their communication needs are met.
  • Challenge clients on their marketing tactics and strategy, leveraging personal expertise and knowledge to promote a consumer-focused approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategist to define the communication strategy.
  • Lead and oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations budget and deadlines.
  • Assess and analyse customer journeys to identify key pain points, implementing strategies and improvements across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a customer advocate, driving customer-focused strategies within the organization
  • Develop and present detailed proposals, reports, and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Digital, Media & PR to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Implement initiatives to improve customer onboarding processes and long-term satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new insights and technologies into customer experience strategies
  • Guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence in customer experience practices
  • Manage escalated client concerns with a proactive approach, ensuring timely and effective solutions

 

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing or a related field will be considered an advantage).
  • 4-8 years of experience in customer experience management, account management, communications or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and promote team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage complex projects.
  • Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose practical solutions to continuously improve customer experience.

  • Develop and present presentation, proposals and reports to both clients and internal teams.
  • Enhance onboarding processes and overall customer experience to build long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new approaches into experience strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping and invoice management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting the digital visual narrative for our clients, transforming creative concepts into unique, impactful designs that captivate audiences across diverse digital platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing and on-brand digital designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and online advertising.
  • Ensure brand consistency and brand quid lines across all digital platforms, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
  • Develop high-quality graphics, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Present design concepts and gather feedback to refine and enhance digital designs.
  • Manage effectively multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Work with internal teams to advice and educate regarding the trends in SM & other digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate new ideas and techniques into designs.
