Key Responsibilities

  • Advices on digital business trends & develops growth strategies and plans for evolving our digital product offering & services.
  • Forms and implements digital strategies & architectures to meet client’s targets.
  • Analyses competition, existing data, market research reports and objectives for each client.
  • Ensures that digital elements are embedded in communications campaigns as part of a connected brand approach.
  • Develops and fosters valuable, trustworthy and long-term relationships with clients and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Oversees all aspects & day-to-day of all digital related projects and ensures the delivery of exceptional work.
  • Develops and maintains project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborates effectively across teams to define goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.
  • Brief & train internal teams and ensure they understand the client’s product portfolio thoroughly, allowing to create effective and well targeted digital proposals.
  • Develops proactive digital recommendations and expand existing clientele.
  • Develops and present fresh digital game changing ideas to potential clients.
  • Works on New Business pitches.
  • Tech savvy and able to explain digital concepts and train digital the rest of the company and clients in a way that is understandable, relatable and is able to communicate the value of digital consistently.
  • Ensures that the company’s digital services are always ahead of the curve and relevant to the market and client needs.
  • Creates a continuous learning culture within the team to ensure continuous improvement on the team digital development.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends on digital world.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing or a related field will be considered an advantage).
  • 5-8 years of full-time experience in digital marketing and ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences & revenues.
  • Driven, forward-thinker with the ability to come up with creative digital communication solutions.
  • Excellent verbal & writing skills both in Greek and English.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.
  • Strong innovative thinking coupled with flawless execution of tasks
  • Strong creative and analytical approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives.
  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  • Writes communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated.
  • Day to day management of digital communication campaigns and execution of projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget.
  • Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior.
  • Analyse competition, existing data, market research reports and objectives for each client.
  • Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mind-set modes.
  • Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients.
  • Stay up to date with new digital trends & technologies.

Job Specifications:
