Challenge

Bank of Cyprus launched Fleksy, a new financial service that lets customers buy now and pay later. The challenge was to develop a distinctive logo and brand identity that would stand out in a crowded international landscape. In parallel, we needed to roll out a digital and radio campaign to raise awareness and drive usage of Fleksy via the Bank of Cyprus mobile app. The overarching goal? To position the Bank at the forefront of consumer credit and accelerate its digital evolution.

Idea

We built Fleksy’s brand identity around the principles of flexibility, immediacy and modern convenience. At its core, Fleksy is about giving people instant access to financial freedom, fully digital, easy to use and designed for real life.

Visually, the brand expressed fluidity and motion, reflecting the product’s seamless integration into the shopping journey. The core message: Buy now, pay later, on your terms. Whether online or in-store, Fleksy allows users to manage their payments with total flexibility.

For the digital campaign, we leaned into bold, interactive formats like animated web banners, Instagram Stories and engaging social media content to capture attention and spark action. The tone was playful, stylish and smart, appealing to a digitally savvy audience that values both convenience and control.

On radio, we crafted clear, relatable messaging that highlighted everyday scenarios where Fleksy makes life easier, from impulse buys to covering unexpected expenses. The goal was to speak directly to the fast-paced lifestyles of modern consumers, positioning Fleksy as the go-to solution for financial flexibility.

Together, the digital and radio strategies worked in harmony to showcase Fleksy’s simplicity, innovation and relevance, reinforcing Bank of Cyprus’s leadership in digital financial services.

Results

The campaign successfully introduced Fleksy to the market, establishing it as Cyprus’s first Buy Now, Pay Later service. Engagement soared across digital channels, particularly among young professionals and digital natives drawn to the ease and adaptability of the product.

Our clear, friendly messaging and dynamic visuals demystified the offering, encouraging adoption and daily usage both online and in-store. Ultimately, the campaign not only raised awareness but also helped solidify Bank of Cyprus’s position as a digital pioneer, while Fleksy quickly gained traction as the flexible financial tool of choice for a new generation.
