The challenge was to introduce "Let’s Talk," a pioneering service offering immediate, confidential access to professional psychologists and to do so in a way that would resonate deeply, break taboos and position Eurolife as a leader in holistic care.

 

Idea

Mental wellbeing should be as accessible as physical health. With "Let’s Talk," we focused on normalizing the conversation. Our creative approach was built on empathy, simplicity and emotional resonance. The core message was clear: "When you need to talk, Let’s Talk." Through digital and radio channels, we crafted emotionally intelligent storytelling that encouraged openness, reinforced trust and aligned with Eurolife’s brand values. The visual identity was warm and human, while the tone remained professional and supportive.

Results

"Let’s Talk" has just launched as an exclusive, first-of-its-kind service for Medica clients, marking a bold step forward in mental health support. With a strong creative foundation and a clear message already resonating across digital and radio channels, the campaign is set to spark meaningful conversations and challenge taboos.
